Energy Solutions Acquires E-Plex
The E-Plex brand will be retained as a brand under the Energy Solutions umbrella. The acquisition gives E-Plex access to a broader range of engineering development, logistics support and sales visibility via the Energy Solutions relationships across both the marine and vehicle markets worldwide.
For existing E-Plex dealers and customers there will be very little change except for the name on the paperwork. Contact numbers and emails remain the same, as do key staff, who will still be working with the products - bringing the continuity and support required for this multiplexing range that is key to many onboard monitoring and control systems.
Managing Director Paul Holland explains: “We have been an enthusiastic E-Plex dealer for over 15 years. We are looking forward to growing the business and developing the products to meet the needs of users, dealers and OEM’s. We see integration between systems as the next challenge for on-board systems and that E-Plex is well paced to meet that need.”
